Julia Fox regrets plastic surgery done to “please men”

According to CinemaDrame News Agency, Julia Fox revealed in a new interview with Allure magazine that she regrets undergoing plastic surgeries aimed at making herself more attractive to men.
The 35-year-old Uncut Gems actress said: “After fame or becoming a public figure, transparency is very important. Now when I see someone and realize they’ve never had surgery… I wish I could go back and be that person. I was deeply convinced that I needed to look beautiful for men in order to keep going.”
In another part of the interview, Fox explained that she has no plans for future cosmetic procedures and is “not concerned at the moment,” though she admitted to fearing aging: “That is what I fear most—the feeling of aging—and at times I feel old… tired, depleted, and hopeless.”
Fox had also told People at the Tribeca Festival that she tries to be an honest person, but that women often set expectations for one another: “Without surgery, without filters, without makeup—and all the things we do with our faces, the tapes and wigs and tanning creams—we all look very different.”
